Coalhouse, where supper runs long
Everything here passes through one oak fire: bread in the morning, trout by noon, a slow shoulder of pork by dark. Pull up a chair and stay a while.

Coalhouse is a small, family-run kitchen. We split our own oak, bake our own bread and know most of our farmers by first name. The aim is simple: food you remember, in a room you do not want to leave.
