Beans for the long haul

Medium roast · $19.00

Switchback

Brown sugar, cocoa, a twist of orange. The one we drink at home.

01, Sourced by name

Sourced.Farms we can name.

We buy from a short list of growers and we can tell you whose beans are in your bag. If we cannot trace a lot back to the people who picked it, we do not roast it.

02, Roasted small

Roasted.Tuesdays, twelve kilos at a time.

One small drum and one roaster standing next to it the whole time. Every batch gets tasted before it is bagged, and anything that misses goes home with the staff.

03, Poured for anyone

Poured.For whoever walks in.

Farmers, students, trail crews, the man with the dog. The café is the other half of the roastery, and the chairs are there to be sat in for as long as the coffee lasts.

Behind the counter

One dayon the hill.

From the first batch before sunrise to the last chair flipped onto a table. Hours below are placeholders for this concept.
