There are two one-time builds. Both are designed for your business from a blank page, not dropped into a template, and both are made to load fast on a phone, because that is where most local customers find you.

How a build runs
- We talk. Tell us about the business and what the site needs to do. You hear back within 24 hours, from a person.
- You get a fixed quote. One price and a clear scope before any work starts. Anything extra is listed up front.
- We design and build. You see the site take shape and have a say at every round of revisions (2 on Base, 5 on Premium), and any rounds you don't use while we build stay yours for 30 days after launch.
- Launch, then look after it. We launch, hand it over and stay reachable. Ongoing care is optional, from $199 a month.
Built to be found, not just looked at
A good-looking site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. Every build ships with search basics done properly: a clear page title and description for each page, headings that say what you do and where, structured data (schema) that tells Google your services, hours and service area, and fast load times. We also make sure AI assistants can read your site. Many AI crawlers do not run JavaScript, so a site that only appears after scripts load can look empty to them. We build so your words are in the page itself.

How much does a website cost in Asheville?

How long does it take to build my website?
Most Valdra Co. websites are built in 5 to 14 business days. The clock starts once the agreement is signed, the deposit is paid and we have your materials (logo, photos, text), so the more you have ready, the sooner it launches.
Do I own my website?
On the Base ($799) and Premium ($1,499) plans, yes: you pay once and the website is yours. On the Hosted plan ($149 a month) Valdra builds, hosts and maintains the site, so if you cancel, the website stays with Valdra. Cancelling takes 30 days’ notice.
Do you work outside Asheville?
We are based in Asheville and work with businesses across Western North Carolina: Weaverville, Mars Hill, Black Mountain, Hendersonville, Fletcher, Arden, Candler, Marshall, Waynesville, Burnsville and beyond. We also work remotely with clients anywhere in the U.S.
